Shipping is always free. No shipping costs are added at checkout — the price you see includes delivery.

United States: ships from our US warehouse and usually arrives within 4–6 business days.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. We currently ship to the United States only.
Returns
Not completely happy? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received your return. Customers in the EU also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Damaged or defective?
If your Curlora arrives damaged or isn't working properly, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
