Free shipping

Shipping is always free. No shipping costs are added at checkout — the price you see includes delivery.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and all countries in the European Union.

Processing and delivery times

• United States: orders ship from our US warehouse and usually arrive within 4–6 business days.
• European Union: orders usually arrive within 6–10 business days.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or peak periods.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking link.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us via our contact page and we'll help right away.
